Unlike normal cement, Stonbull TiloBond is polymer-modified. It offers superior bonding strength, requires no water curing, prevents hollow sounds under tiles, provides zero slip for wall installations, and is ready-to-use, saving substantial site labor costs.
We recommend Stonbull Royal Grey or TiloBond Pro Plus for heavy large-format tiles. These adhesives feature high deformability and flexural tensile ratings, allowing them to absorb structural expansions, contractions, wind pressure, and thermal fluctuations without bonding failures.
Yes, Royal White is specifically formulated with high-purity white cementitious polymers. It prevents grey shading and mineral stains from reflecting through translucent tiles or translucent Italian marbles, retaining their pure aesthetic value.
For bonding slurry, mix Shield-555 SBR with cement in a 1:1.5 volume ratio. For waterproofing coatings, mix Shield-555 SBR with water and cement in a 1:4:6 ratio. Clean the surface thoroughly before application to ensure deep penetration.
